It is located on the right side of hostelry, has been organized as a large saloon with 7 m of ceiling height, where the hostelry manager (in history) hosted his quests, and an upstairs bedroom accessed by climbing up timber stairs. The room has been named after Gıyaseddin Keyhüsrev I, the Sultan of Anatolian Seljuk Empire, who has had the oldest hospital and medicine faculty of Anatolia constructed.
